As a Department Manager, you are a true all-rounder and can put your talents to work with us. Whether it's construction, remodeling, renovation, or refurbishing: you know how to provide the best service to our customers and have a complete overview of the DIY store's product range. On the sales floor, you are the contact person not only for customers but also for your team. You act as both a motivator and a coach, knowing how to properly utilize and develop talent.
Tasks
- Ensuring smooth commercial processes throughout the store
- Managing, coordinating, and supervising the sales floor team's work and customer focus
- Maximizing sales volume through sales development
- Continuously monitoring the quality of customer service
- Ensuring smooth inventory management and shelf replenishment
- Ensuring the implementation of merchandising standards
- Efficiently organizing work schedules while complying with current working time models

Requirements
- Secondary relevant vocational education
- Retail experience gained in a similar position
