Tasks
- business definition of customer journeys and features related to the digital financial assistant (KATE)
- business coordination of feature development based on customer and business needs
- definition of business value propositions involving related departments, coordination of internal communications related to KATE, representation of strategic business goals in shaping KATE customer journeys
- coordination of cooperation with related areas for the design and operation of services
- continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of KATE customer journeys based on customer behavior
- representation of KATE developments in planning and shaping digital sales processes
- preparation of submissions and background materials for strategic and business decision-making
- participation in developing a long-term Ecosystem and KATE strategy
