Tasks
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the economic performance of the area.
- Participating in the preparation and tracking of financial goals, and providing administrative support for their achievement.
- Preparing monthly income statements, reports, analyses, and management presentations.
- Supporting the month-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and data accuracy.
- Ensuring financial and administrative data is up to date and reliable, and guaranteeing proper information flow.
- Maintaining continuous contact with related departments, sites, business partners, and central accounting.
- Coordinating, professionally supporting, and supervising the activities of administrative staff, as well as assisting the work of the controlling manager.
