Vehicle Motion department develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety and vehicle dynamics. As a Sensor System Architect, you will ensure the implementation of acceleration- and gyro sensors and provide vehicle inertial movement data for Airbag, Vehicle Stabilization, and Autonomous Driving functions.
Tasks
- Analysis of customer requirements
- Design and architect sensor systems for Airbag ECU
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including engineering, product management, and testing, to define sensor requirements and specifications
- Cooperation in mechanic design
- Definition and evaluation of vibration and system tests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sensor technologies and passive safety systems
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- BSc / MSc degree in engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good cooperation skills, ability for teamwork in international environment
- Fluent English knowledge (German knowledge is advantage)
- Excellent organization skills and analytic mind
- 3 years' experience in project work is an advantage
- Automotive experience is an advantage
