Our Move On Program is an internship opportunity where the time spent depends on your readiness and open positions. During your time at PENNY Market, you can take an active role in a team's operations, supporting business processes and projects. We are happy to certify your internship and even support you in writing your thesis.
Tasks
- Support in organizing training sessions and team buildings
- Managing training and development administration
- Active support in creating e-learning materials
- Participation in international HR projects
- Supporting the daily operations of the HR department

Requirements
- You will be a final-year BA or MA student in the 2026/2027 academic year, or you are a recent graduate
- You communicate confidently in English
- You are open to learning and eager to gain practical HR experience
