A Hungarian-owned commercial company with a stable market position is looking for a Development Team Lead for work in Budapest. The main tasks in this position include managing the daily work of the development team, coordinating external partners, and performing project management and business analysis duties.
Tasks
- Managing the daily work of the development team, task assignment, resource planning.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of external development partners. Providing professional mentoring and guidance to team members.
- Personally performing Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) duties: initiating, planning, scheduling, managing, and controlling IT projects; providing professional background support and assistance to the IT BA employee's daily work.
- Continuous, active communication and liaison with business areas — this is one of the key elements of this role.
- Active participation in system design, testing, and possibly programming.
- Prioritizing business area needs, creating a development plan based on the IT strategy.
- Participating in code reviews of the development team's code as needed.
- Initiating and introducing new, innovative IT solutions.
- Leading BA board meetings, coordinating the alignment of development specifications with business areas.
