The Rampart Group is looking for a new team member for the position of Deputy Head Pastry Chef to join our growing team. The workplace is our pastry production unit located in the MVM Dome. Expect a 5-day work week, minimum 8 hours per day, in a flexible shift schedule, occasionally including weekends as per the roster.
Tasks
- Assisting the Head Pastry Chef; participating in the professional management, supervision, and operation of the pastry production
- Active participation in team building and the professional development of its members
- Developing and continuously updating/expanding the selection for our events and venues, and ensuring high-quality planning and preparation
- Participation in production and back-office administration
- Quality control of production
- Continuous cooperation with divisions operating within the group
- Compliance with HACCP regulations

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional and management experience
- Pastry chef certification
- Knowledge of kitchen machinery and equipment
- Problem-solving skills
- Good sense of taste
- Physical stamina and load capacity
