Tasks
- Performing information security administration tasks
- Supporting physical security processes, managing access permissions, and documenting security audits
- Maintaining business continuity documentation and providing administrative support
- Supporting the preparation of action plans, task lists, reports, and presentations
- Managing supplier and visitor logs, and supporting audit preparations
- Collecting information security KPI data and updating dashboards

Requirements
- Studying in a STEM, IT, or IT security higher education program
- At least one more year of active or passive full-time student status (for passive status, under 25 years of age)
- Able to work from the office at least 2x a week and support the team for a minimum of 30 hours
- Confident Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Precise and structured work ethic, good communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate English proficiency in spoken and written
