SINBON Hungary Kft. is a Taiwanese based company that manufactures premium quality copper and fiber optic cables in its factory in Tatabánya. Our products are made for the medical, automotive, renewable energy, industrial and telecommunications markets.
Tasks
- Operate and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead, develop, and manage the Quality team
- Manage customer complaints, coordinate root cause analyses, and monitor corrective actions
- Prepare for and coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs to management
- Lead and support quality-related projects
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable customer, corporate, and regulatory requirements as well as relevant industry standards

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance tools, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies.
- Proven experience in customer complaint handling, audit management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Proficient in data analysis, problem solving, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
