We are looking for a new colleague for the Recruitment Consultant position at our market-leading HR service provider in our Pécs team. You will manage the entire recruitment process using external and internal databases, maintaining contact with clients and candidates in Hungarian and English.
Tasks
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintaining contact with clients and candidates
- Using internal and external databases to find the most suitable candidate
- Contacting, interviewing and submitting candidates throughout end-to-end recruitment processes
- Communicating with clients in Hungarian and English, participating in business negotiations and client meetings

Requirements
- Secondary education, higher education is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side experience is an advantage
- Client management experience
- Conversational, confident English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, energetic, determined personality
