For our construction partner with a stable, continuous project portfolio and predictable future outlook, we are looking for an experienced Head of Construction. This position combines the comprehensive management of complex construction projects with the leadership of an experienced professional team.
Tasks
- Professional and operational management of the entire construction area.
- Managing a professional team of 5–8 people, coordinating the work of project managers, designers, and technical specialists.
- Supervising multiple parallel, high-value building construction projects.
- Project scheduling, capacity and resource planning.
- Monitoring construction costs, project budgets, and financial performance.
- Optimizing construction processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Professional development of employees, performance evaluation, and support in recruitment.
- Managing strategic supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Participation in the company's professional and strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Higher technical education, primarily in civil engineering or architecture.
- Several years of experience in building construction with a project management background.
- Management experience in directly leading your own professional team.
- Active, communicative command of English.
