Tasks
- Organizing and managing quantitative and qualitative inspection of incoming meat raw materials
- Coordinating and supporting the daily work of team members
- Segregation, blocking of non-conforming raw materials and coordination of their return
- Documenting inspections, ensuring traceability
- Compliance and enforcement of quality and food safety regulations
- Managing documentation, liaising with other departments
- Maintaining the quality management system

Requirements
