The Hofmatt is located above Lake Wohlen and belongs to the foundation of the same name. We offer people with care and support needs a home in our modern nursing center.
Tasks
- You will take charge of night monitoring as well as the holistic care and support of residents
- Complete care documentation (easyDOK) according to RAI and structured handovers to the day shift
- Facility responsibility: ensuring the safety of residents and the building, and acting as a contact person for emergencies
- You gladly take on responsibility and are interested in getting involved in certain additional functions

Requirements
- Completed education as a nursing professional HF, DN2 or AKP
- Professional experience in long-term care
- High level of professional and social competence
- Ambitious personality who wants to develop further
