Swonder Consulting is seeking a Senior Building Automation Design Engineer to work in Budapest. Responsibilities include comprehensive design of electrical and building automation systems, drawing creation, and technical project tracking until implementation.
Tasks
- Comprehensive design and technical support for electrical and building automation projects.
- Creation of single-line electrical diagrams, circuit diagrams, process flowcharts, installation and execution floor plans, as well as detail drawings.
- Use of EPLAN, AutoCAD, and REVIT software during the design tasks.
- Technical tracking of projects from the design phase through to implementation.
- Collection, organization, and processing of technical data and information required for design.
- Collaboration with sales, construction, equipment manufacturing, and design areas.
- Continuous professional coordination with project managers and related departments.
- Monitoring project deadlines and precise completion of undertaken tasks.
- Summarizing professional experiences, development opportunities, and lessons learned after project completion, and formulating proposals.
- If necessary, substituting for the head of department, professionally supporting and coordinating the design team.

Requirements
- Electrical engineering degree
- Experience gained in the construction / building electrical engineering field
- Knowledge of low- and high-voltage electrical systems
- Knowledge of building automation, building management, and control systems
- Confident knowledge of AutoCAD and EPLAN
- English language skills
- Category B driver's license
- Complex technical mindset, independent and precise work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Openness to continuous professional development
