Tasks
- Ensure high-level customer service.
- Achieve the store's sales and financial targets.
- Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and manage the commercial activities of the store.
- Maintain the store's image in accordance with the company's Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, train, and coordinate the sales team.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to continuously improve the store's appearance and performance.
