You will support consulting engagements by assisting with process documentation, basic analysis, and preparation of customer materials. You will learn how customer visions are translated into business process recommendations. To work with organizations to drive transformative change by translating customer visions into viable solutions and advancing industry-leading business practices.
Tasks
- Support consulting engagements by assisting with process documentation, basic analysis, and preparation of customer materials
- Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle
- Support workshops, lead root cause analysis, and support delivery to go-live
- Advise clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors
- Work along with near-shore and off-shore consultants and partners as part of cross-border project teams

Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Certified in one of the SuccessFactors modules and have led your first implementation as a lead consultant
- Experience with Time Management, Employee Central or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application
- Familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors
- Fluent German and English
