We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our teams and provide professional, end-to-end recruitment services. Budapest-based position with 1 day of home office per week after the probation period.
Tasks
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and stakeholders.
- Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, including participating in interviews when required.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide high-quality recruitment support and guidance to partners throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily administration of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Support occasional business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing partner relationships.
