We are looking for a Service Engineer to join the team at Budapest-headquartered Asura Technologies Zrt., founded in 2017, to help manage installation processes for local and international projects and handle necessary configuration and operational tasks. Our company designs, develops, and deploys AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide.
Tasks
- Remote operation (via VPN) of servers, software environments, and endpoint networks at domestic and international sites
- Installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of proprietary license plate recognition (LPR) and video analytics systems in a Docker-based environment
- Configuration, firmware updates, and fault diagnosis of IP cameras (primarily AXIS) and other endpoint devices
- Support for new products and developments: testing, providing test environments and training materials for development teams
- L2 support for our clients and affiliated departments: independent incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), developing long-term solutions
- Management of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana), development of dashboards and alerts
- Automation of operational tasks (Ansible, Bash, Python)
- Participation in launching new projects: technical proposals, system design, deployment plans
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating manuals (operation in compliance with ISO 9001/27001)
- Professional support for junior colleagues, knowledge sharing within the team
