L W Montagetechnik Kft., a company producing welded and rolled components and modules for the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer.
Tasks
- Continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Processing all quality issues (complaint handling, evaluations, audits, requalification, etc.)
- Reporting to the Quality manager
- Independent analysis of internal and external complaints.
- Preparation of reports and documentation
- Planning, execution and taking over of process and product audits from the project.
- Reduction of quality-related costs
- Independent processing and follow-up of internal and external complaints using 8-D reports, Ishykawa, 5Why, etc.
- Extensive independent supervision and support of quality and production staff in the production area
- Monitoring quality processes, supporting projects and developing and implementing improvements

Requirements
- Qualifications in a technical field
- Experience in a technical field, basic knowledge of the quality management system
- Experience in the automotive Quality Control and in the field of sheet metal processing
- 3 years' experience in an industrial/technical profession specialising in metalworking
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 / 6.5 and other quality related requirements
- Knowledge of using Q tools (FMEA/ 8-D / 5Why / Ishikawa)
- Knowledge of Hungarian, English and/or German language on communicative level
- Willingness to travel, customer relations, self-reliance, flexibility
- Microsoft office Advanced Skills
