Tasks
- COLD PRESS: Setting up, starting, and supervising press machines
- Tool changes, checking tool condition
- Setting production parameters
- First-piece inspection, detecting quality deviations
- Supporting operators, technical shift supervision
- HOT PRESS: Setting up hot press machines and furnaces
- Precise management of temperature and cycle parameters
- Pre-heating tools, checking cooling circuits
- Monitoring thermal profiles, cycle times, and pressure values
- Supervising operators, prompt intervention in case of technological deviations

Requirements
- Technical education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, metal industry)
- Experience on press machines, in metal forming, or heat treatment
- Ability to read technical drawings, metrology knowledge
- Independent troubleshooting, responsible working attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
