We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities in our banking partner's strategic IT project. Your tasks will include test planning, coordinating business and technology teams, managing testing risks, and ensuring efficient execution throughout the entire lifecycle.
Tasks
- Planning and coordinating testing activities for the project
- Developing the testing strategy, scheduling and resource planning, and defining required test environments
- Coordinating testing efforts across relevant business and technology teams
- Tracking testing risks and overseeing defect management
- Preparing test reports, coordinating manual and automated testing

Requirements
- At least 5 years of test management experience, preferably in a banking environment
- Experience in testing integrated banking systems
- Experience in payment systems or account management areas
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and Jira-based test management tools
