CBS Global Europe's Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions business unit provides intelligent automation and intralogistics solutions to industrial customers. We are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, and technically minded Field Service Engineer to join our growing ICA team to support the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AMR and robotic automation systems at customer sites across Europe.
Tasks
- Install, configure and commission AMR and robotic systems.
- Support forklift AMR, latent AMR and other mobile robotics projects.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and technical repairs.
- Support customer training and technical handovers.
- Provide on-site and remote after-sales support.
- Travel to customer sites across Europe when required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AMR, AGV, robotics or industrial automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of forklift AMRs and latent AMRs is a strong advantage.
- Basic mechanical, electrical or technical troubleshooting skills.
- Practical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
