Tasks
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets
- Supporting the store manager's work
- Providing an excellent and premium shopping experience for customers
- Applying mandatory sales standards and increasing sales through up-to-date product knowledge
- Compliance with guidelines regarding store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, and finances
- Ensuring a pleasant and clean store environment with properly displayed products
- Inventory management
- Support in training, preparing, motivating, developing and retaining staff
