Tasks

• You direct the full strategic and operational activities of FER Tűzoltóság és Szolgáltató Kft.
• You participate in developing and ensuring the implementation of MOL Csoport's emergency prevention and management strategy.
• You develop and execute development programs that increase operational efficiency, service standards, and client satisfaction.
• You are responsible for short-, medium-, and long-term business, operational, and resource planning.
• You ensure the effective operation of performance management and monitoring systems.
• You coordinate company management in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• You cooperate with the MOL Magyarország HSE (EBK) organization, owner-side leaders, and professional oversight bodies.
• You represent the company at business, professional, regulatory, and ownership forums, as well as in relations with external partners.
• You ensure financial stability, effective risk management, and sustainable operations.
• You support the continuous development of the organization, the effectiveness of the leadership team, and the maintenance of a high professional culture.
• Confident corporate governance, business management, and top-management knowledge.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing complex operational and financial processes.
• User-level IT knowledge.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Valid category B driver's license.
