Tasks
- Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Handle quotations, order administration, and order fulfillment activities
- Maintain customer master data and customer accounts
- Support customers with inquiries and resolve order-related issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports
