Operation of systems related to IT security services, fulfillment of service requests according to SLAs, and the design and implementation of IT security implementations based on client requirements.
Tasks
- operation and configuration of firewalls and other IT security systems (e.g. EPP, WAF, DDoS)
- management of service requests and incidents according to defined processes and SLAs
- execution of system updates, maintenance and periodic reviews
- preparation and maintenance of operational and implementation documentation
- design and implementation of IT security solutions based on client requirements
- conducting training and providing professional support to clients
- liaising with clients and partner organizations
- participation in the development of IT security services and related processes

Requirements
- at least secondary education
- knowledge of networking and IP-based communications
- familiarity with information security principles
- basic IT security knowledge
- experience with some firewall technology
- familiarity with the basics of incident management processes
- interest in the field of IT security and a desire to continuously develop
- precise and responsible execution of work
- basic, communicative English language skills
