Rheinmetall Group is looking for a new employee for the position of Shift Supervisor with work location in Csongrád County. Responsibilities include professional management of production activities, team motivation and training, and supervision of daily production tasks.
Tasks
- Professional management and coordination of production activities during the given shift
- Building, motivating, and training the team of shift employees, organizing and supervising their work
- Preparation and supervision of daily and weekly production tasks, ensuring KPI achievement through a well-organized daily routine
- Preparation, review, updating, and filing of production documents, compliance with and enforcement of data security rules
- Ensuring the availability of materials required for continuous production (raw materials, auxiliary materials)
- Taking necessary measures and making decisions in case of daily production problems
- Ensuring the appropriate quantity and quality of products manufactured during the shift
- Managing personnel matters (leave, sick leave, regular performance evaluations and feedback)
- Close cooperation with the production area manager
- Keeping the work area clean

Requirements
- Conversational English or German language skills are a strong requirement for filling the position
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, in a shift supervisor role
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP (R3 and/or S/4HANA) is an advantage
- Willingness to work three shifts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
