We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate planning processes, support operational development, and work confidently with various teams and leaders. The position will be structured at a responsibility level matching your professional experience and competencies.
Tasks
- You coordinate operational planning processes at the Tribe level, and handle emerging signals, blockages, and escalations.
- You plan the next steps of processes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make suggestions for operational improvement.
- You support prioritization, estimations, and commitment creation, and coordinate the measurement of deliveries.
- You contribute to shaping and tracking annual strategic focuses and help align them with operational planning.
- You participate in process development initiatives: prepare diagnostics, summarize findings, and support the implementation and measurement of proposals.
- You prepare management summaries and decision-making materials.
- You use AI tools for analyses and forecasts, and look for opportunities to apply them in planning processes.

Requirements
- You have a higher education degree in economics or technology, and 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- You think on a system level, analyze well, and find solutions even in complex situations.
- You communicate confidently with different teams and leaders, and independently coordinate processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- You are interested in process development, planning, and data-driven operations.
- You communicate in English at least at B2 level.
