Jabil is looking for a new employee for the IT Technician position in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county to provide first-level user support and IT tasks.
Tasks
- Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Technical Lead.
- Maintain order in IT labs, telecommunication rooms, meeting rooms, and keep the inspection log updated.
- Inspect network rack cabinets on the production line and maintain the inspection log.
- Shift handover according to regulations.
- Participation in the implementation of IT projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment in IT labs according to regulations.

Requirements
- Secondary education.
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- User-level knowledge of Office.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
- Basic principles of networks and networking equipment.
- Basic English language skills.
