Our partner is an internationally recognized, premium manufacturing company prominent in the field of welding technology. To expand their dynamically growing Hungarian team, we are looking for a technically minded, result-oriented Territory Sales Representative for the Eastern Hungary region, who will be responsible for developing the territory and selling the welding technology product portfolio to direct industrial clients and distributors.
Tasks
- Mapping and executing sales opportunities for the welding technology product portfolio in the Eastern Hungary region
- Continuous analysis and monitoring of the welding client base and competitive environment
- Developing and implementing growth strategy and business plans for key direct clients and major distributors
- Conducting sales activities towards both direct clients and resellers
- Building long-term, strong business relationships with decision-makers of partners and distributors
- Up-to-date knowledge of the product range and effective representation of competitive advantages during negotiations
- Close internal collaboration with product managers, demo welders, and related departments
- Adherence to commercial standards, regular CRM usage, and reporting

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- At least basic English language skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Category 'B' driver's license and willingness to travel across Eastern Hungary
- Relevant experience in welding technology, metalworking, or related industrial fields
- Confident knowledge of welding technology, familiarity with various welding processes, technologies, and industrial applications
