Tasks
- Manage and verify supplier invoices
- Process invoices and payments in SAP
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payment proposals and support reporting activities
- Identify and solve invoice and payment-related issues
- Communicate with vendors in German and English
- Support the team across different Accounts Payable processes

Requirements
- Intermediate German (mainly needed in writing) and intermediate English
- Secondary education, preferably in Finance or Economics
- AP, accounting or finance experience is an advantage, but not a must
- Confident Excel skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
- You are accurate, proactive and comfortable working independently
