Join MSX International's new Technical Support team in Budapest. You will help workshop technicians in the German-speaking dealer network of a leading global car manufacturer diagnose and fix vehicles right the first time using your hands-on diagnostic experience.
Tasks
- Handle technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing system
- Analyse fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root cause
- Guide technicians to the right repair, in clear written German
- Document every case accurately and escalate complex cases to our Level 2 team with all the information they need
- Spot recurring issues and share them with the engineering team
- Build your expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop, with a focus on diagnostics
- A technical qualification or an engineering degree
- Confident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systems
- Fluent German and good professional English
- An analytical, independent way of working, and the patience to handle a high volume of cases
- The right to work in the EU
