Our partner is a well-known brand in the aviation industry. The team in Budapest -- which was founded 4 years ago - is rapidly growing, hence we are seeking our next colleagues to join as IT Business Analyst. The IT Business Analyst (BA) focuses on the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems. He/she supports the product team in achieving the maximum value potential of the product by ensuring the product is built according to the right requirements, driving user adoption and realizing business process change.
Tasks
- Interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems
- Support the product team in achieving the maximum value potential of the product
- Work closely with business users internally to identify their needs and interpret those to the development team
- Support users in configuring the product to their needs where possible and participate in functional testing
- Participate in consignation duties occasionally, in case 24/7 support is agreed

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Advanced English language skills (we are working in an international team)
- Experience in change management (e.g. contribution to new software introduction, replacing old legacy tools)
- Strong stakeholder management, gaining requirements from business as well as development teams and strong analytical skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Functional testing experience
- Confident knowledge of MS Office suite (Ms Excel, ideally Power BI, too)
- BPMN, process mapping knowledge
