For our manufacturing partner, we are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer who, using their quality experience in a manufacturing environment, will actively contribute to process improvement and problem solving.
Tasks
- Investigating in-process quality issues, root cause analysis, and developing solutions
- Managing non-conformities, defining and tracking corrective and preventive actions
- Creating and updating control plans, measurement and inspection instructions
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting quality metrics
- Planning and conducting internal process and product audits
- Developing quality management processes and documentation
- Participating in customer complaint investigations
- Supporting scrap reduction and efficiency improvement projects
- Close cooperation with production, technical, warehouse, and purchasing departments
- Liaising with the foreign parent company and external partners
- Keeping quality documentation up to date

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- 3–5 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of technical and quality standards
- Professional working proficiency in English
