At ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise. You will prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements and budgets related to clinical trials and provide support to the clinical team in pricing, planning, execution, and control.
Tasks
- Clinical site contract and budget negotiation in clinical research
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements
- Work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions
- Assess legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions
- Analyze investigator fees in relation to fair market value pricing
