Ensure the investigation of quality issues arising in production and root cause analysis. Evaluate the quality results of NPI production. Define related corrective and preventive measures. Investigate quality-related questionable cases and facilitate decision-making.
Tasks
- Monitoring quality indicators in the assigned area
- Analyzing and improving key quality metrics in cooperation with various related departments
- Performing analyses in case of deviations and initiating corrective actions
- Identifying and quarantining products and raw materials affected by deviations to prevent shipment
- Supporting complaint investigations and determining necessary measures
- Preparing reports and analyses (daily, weekly)
- Creating, reviewing, and training on quality processes and work instructions

Requirements
- Experience in electronics manufacturing
- Basic SMT knowledge
- Knowledge of quality techniques and tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Six Sigma and Lean knowledge is an advantage
- IPC 610 knowledge
- Knowledge of quality standards, recommendations, and tools
