At Bosch in Hatvan, the largest production centre in the world for the automotive electronics division, we are looking for a Project Leader for Flex Line Area. You will develop a flexible production line concept capable of manufacturing multiple product variants, coordinate line planners and process engineers, and provide professional and technical leadership for production line design activities.
Tasks
- Develop a flexible production line concept capable of manufacturing multiple product variants
- Provide guidelines and technical input to the design team based on technological processes
- Use a dedicated design tool to define technical requirements
- Coordinate line planners and process engineers, aligning requirements from both process and design perspectives
- Provide professional and technical leadership for production line design activities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of manufacturing technologies and production capabilities and integrate them into one common production line
- Define and document the production line concept at project level
- Present and professionally represent the finalized concept throughout the decision-making process prior to nomination

Requirements
- Both design-oriented thinking and a strong manufacturing mindset
- 3--5 years of relevant experience in project management or product development within a technical environment
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, confident, proactive and open-minded personality
- Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
