Our partner is a leading, independent technology service provider supporting enterprise and public sector clients in the procurement, development, and operation of their IT infrastructure. The eCommerce Consultant sought for our Centre of Excellence team in Budapest plays a key role in designing and implementing digital solutions tailored to clients' business processes.
Tasks
- Analyzing client requirements regarding electronic business processes and translating them into solutions
- Recommending eCommerce processes and methods, and applying existing standards optimally
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, development teams) in designing eCommerce solutions
- Managing project communications, including escalation management
- Preparing project documentation in accordance with corporate and client expectations
- Compiling and presenting training materials (internal and external)
- Preparing project schedules, defining tasks, and tracking costs
- Presenting solution concepts and project results to clients
- Handling technical issues and supporting time, risk, and change management
- Supporting the development of eCommerce services for international clients
- Assessing technological and business risks
- Holding workshops and presentations on eCommerce solutions and process optimization
- Independently preparing presales materials
- Participating in internal development projects to increase service quality

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital solutions
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Experience in professionally supporting and coordinating project teams
- Knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform / solution
- Business and technical mindset, knowledge of IT processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
