Payroll & Compliance Manager

Tasks

• Coordinate and support end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, labor administration, and personnel processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis to support business operations across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with various business and support functions on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Provide professional guidance and leadership to a small HR team.
• Drive and implement regional and global process improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers and partners.

• Several years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, or another Hard HR-related area.
• Previous leadership experience or a proven track record in coordinating teams.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience working with HR systems and tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Confident English & Hungarian communication skills, both written and spoken.
