We are looking for a new colleague for the Maintenance Engineer position at the Nestlé plant in Bük, who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the plant's technical performance, the development of maintenance strategies, and the professional support of the team.
Tasks
- Development of maintenance strategies and methodologies (FMEA, RCM, TPM) to increase plant efficiency.
- Leading continuous improvement projects and participating in CI initiatives to improve technical performance and cost-efficiency.
- Development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, as well as keeping the maintenance system up to date.
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems, root cause identification of failures, and implementation of long-term solutions.
- Professional support and training of junior engineers and technicians, knowledge sharing, and competency development.
- Planning and execution of projects to increase manufacturing efficiency, cooperation with suppliers and internal teams.
- Supervision of maintenance budget and spare parts management, as well as implementation of best practices.
