  • Prioritize suppliers and commodity quality risks using performance, recurrence, business impact and cross-site exposure.
  • Lead structured supplier-quality problem solving for complex, chronic, recurring, systemic, and cross-site issues.
  • Challenge and validate supplier root cause and corrective action, ensuring rigor, evidence, and recurrence prevention.
  • Drive systemic corrective action, chronic supplier recovery, and commodity-level quality improvement.
  • Plan and execute risk-based supplier audits and convert findings into prioritized quality-improvement actions.
  • Identify systemic quality risks across sites and coordinate cross-site corrective action and standardization where required.
  • Engage SDE commodity/process SMEs when quality risk exposes a manufacturing capability, process, capacity, scalability, rate-readiness, or specialized technical gap.
  • Support defined APQP/PPAP quality activities and supplier-quality readiness for high-risk launches, changes, and transfers.
  • Verify effectiveness and sustained reduction of supplier and commodity quality risk.
