Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Hotline/Trainer/Field Engineer to join our Aftersales team in our Szentendre office.
Tasks
- Technical Trainings Preparation
- Implement and execute technical trainings, organize, and make the necessary training materials
- Monitor dealers/importers participation in trainings, their appraisals and special wishes related to training content/plans
- Ensure that Technical Training Centre is prepared to perform planned technical trainings and check the exercises to be done
- Prepare and carry out training curriculums to measure and train technicians to keep the repair and maintenance activity at high level
- Record all activities in STARS
- Provide technical information and guidance to dealers in reported cases of technical issues mandatorily registered by Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC)
- Liaise with FCSD-E Technical Hotline and PVT, PCE & PD teams. GCR handling, "White alert" mgmt
- In cases of special necessity/urgency visit dealers with target to collect information necessary to find solutions of technical issues
- Provide TSO and appropriate departments with information which would enable them to find solution of the matter

Requirements
- Technical University or College Degree
- Native speaker of Hungarian language
- Good command of English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good and strong technical background preferably at automotive fields
- PC skills, Driving licence
