In this key role, you'll support our Qualified and Responsible Persons to ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. As part of the QA department, you will work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve critical issues that could impact patient safety.
Tasks
- Investigate and close deviations, manage complaints
- Support the development and operation of the quality management system
- Review and correct production documentations
- Find solutions to problems arising in the production and warehouse areas in cooperation with the corresponding departments, as well as the Qualified Persons and Responsible Persons of the company
- Manage QA-related databases and documentation
- Collaborate daily with local and international colleagues (QPs, RPs, departments)
- Evaluate transport temperature excursions and prepare risk analyses
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions and proposing their implementation in the documentation system
- Communicate new operational procedures at site/company level, and provide related trainings
- Support audits, inspections and change control processes
- Prepare reports and statistics for QA management (QMR)
