Tasks
- Ordering indirect materials and distributing them between sites
- Handling supplier logistics claims and complaints
- Verification of supplier invoices and reconciliation with the Finance Department
- Archiving transportation documents and shipping records
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of the goods receipt process
- Managing proof of delivery documentation for EU shipments
- Optimization of warehouse inventory levels for packaging materials
- Liaising with internal departments
- Preparing reports and analyses
- Providing support to internal departments regarding SAP goods receipt processes

Requirements
- Logistics experience
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of transportation and freight forwarding processes
- BSC level
- Confident English communication skills
