Tasks
- Development of existing products and technologies
- Independent planning and execution of experiments
- Up-to-date knowledge of professional literature
- Setup and evaluation of microbiological tests and experiments
- Routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Laboratory support of production processes, evaluation of results, and feedback
- Processing of scientific literature and practical application of acquired knowledge
- Documentation of results in paper and electronic format

Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field (biologist, microbiologist, biochemical engineer, biotechnologist)
- 1-3 years of relevant laboratory work experience
- Intermediate English proficiency
- User-level computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Dedication, reliability
- Experience in the field of fermentation is an advantage
- Knowledge of soil ecology may be an advantage
- Research mindset, experience in experiment design, or PhD studies may be an advantage
