Linde + Wiemann is a leading German Tier-1 automotive supplier that manufactures safety-critical and crash-relevant structural components for numerous premium car factories. We are looking for our future measurement technician for our dynamically developing plant in Kecskemét.
Tasks
- Measurement of the first parts produced in production and after machine setup, as well as parts required for process control.
- 3D measurement of products based on drawings and CAD models
- Preparation of measurement report
- Documentation and evaluation of measurement results. Archiving of necessary programs, data and measurement reports
- Maintenance of the 3D measuring machine and its accessories
- Regular calibration of measuring and control equipment
- Participation in product audit
- Statistical evaluation of MSA, MFU, PFU processes
- Incoming goods inspection
- In-process inspection

Requirements
- Secondary education
- Basic computer skills
- Automotive experience, as well as knowledge of measurement technology, experience in using measuring instruments
- Ability to learn measurement on a 3D coordinate measuring machine, acquire programming skills -- through participation in an internal training program
- Basic knowledge of English or German
- Independent, precise, responsible quality work
- Cooperative, flexible, team player personality
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts
