We are looking for a Medior Developer Team Lead who enjoys combining development work with team leadership responsibilities. The team develops applications for DPD that support shipment management and tracking. As part of an experienced development team, you can work with Java and React technologies. As a Team Lead, your main task will be the professional and daily support of the team, ensuring efficient operations, and helping the team deliver high-quality results.
Tasks
- Active participation in design and specification refinement.
- Implementation of development tasks.
- Code review.
- Automated testing.
- Maintenance of CI/CD processes (GitLab).
- Monitoring and alert management.
- Application maintenance in a Kubernetes environment.
- Team management tasks:
- Mentoring junior developers.
- 1-on-1 meetings.
- Performance evaluation.
- Interviewing.
- Ensuring development standards.
- Continuous collaboration with the PM and SM.
- Close cooperation with the Head of Development.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience using Java (21)/Spring Boot (3).
- At least 3 years of React/TypeScript experience
- Knowledge of Kafka.
- PostgreSQL experience.
- Team management experience.
