We are looking for a Demand Planner to join the Demand Planning team serving both Kall Ingredients Kft. (a 450-person corn processing plant in Tiszapüspöki) and Viresol Kft. (a 350-person wheat processing plant in Visonta), both part of the Hungarian-owned Talentis Agro group. Your role will involve analyzing customer demand and sales data, forecasting demand, and supporting planning processes.
Tasks
- Analyzing sales and customer data, identifying demand trends and changes
- Developing short-, medium-, and long-term rolling sales forecasting processes
- Measuring forecast accuracy, analyzing the causes of deviations, and supporting necessary corrections
- Supporting the alignment of sales demand, available inventory, and production capabilities
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and statements
- Examining plan-versus-actual deviations, uncovering the causes of variances
- Cooperating with sales, production, procurement, and finance
- Preparing and tracking daily/weekly/monthly reports and planning KPIs
- Maintaining and developing Excel, Power Query, and Power BI based reports and analyses

Requirements
- Higher education degree in economics and/or engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing/production company
- Strong analytical mindset
- Logical, systems-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Precise, independent, and responsible work ethic
- In-depth Excel knowledge
- Category B driving license
