Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH has been a client and business partner of our company since 2019, and is a key innovation and digitization service provider for the DTAG group. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced professional with fluent German skills to join the Hungarian team of this dynamically growing business unit. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst colleague who will support our client in analyzing, optimizing, and further developing business processes.
Tasks
- Analysis and optimization of business processes, and identification of development opportunities
- Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements
- Preparation and facilitation of stakeholder workshops
- Creation of use cases and process models
- Data analysis and compilation of reports
- Supporting the development of technical solutions based on business requirements
- Maintaining contact and cooperation between the client and internal professional teams
- Supporting projects from concept development to implementation

Requirements
- Higher education degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or another relevant field
- Initial professional experience in the field of Business Analysis
- Confident analytical and conceptual thinking
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Process modeling knowledge, such as BPMN
- Confident use of AI-based research tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive approach and effective teamwork
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
- German language proficiency at C1 level
- English language proficiency at C1 level
