Join the supply chain and customer operations team of a leading international Shared Service Centre and play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth export processes across international markets. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Tasks
- Manage customer orders in SAP from order entry through to invoicing.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely product delivery to dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the order fulfilment process.
- Allocate inventory and support demand and supply planning activities.
- Organize transportation and ensure all shipment-related activities are completed on time.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide regular updates on order status.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation
- Support monthly invoicing targets and maintain accurate system records.

Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Specialist roles
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is required; French language skills are an advantage
